How To Cook: Patty
You’ll Need:
1 box Adda Veggie
½ cup water
2 cups veggies - check out our Veggie Guide for ideas
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
Soak Protein Crumbles in ½ cup water for at least 2 minutes.
Stir the Adda Mix into the soaked Protein Crumbles and mix well.
Fold in 2 cups of your prepared veggie. Our favorites for patties are riced broccoli or diced mushrooms.
Pro tip: Put mix with veggie in the fridge for 5 minutes to make it easier to form.
Form into patties by squeezing with your hands.
Pro tip: If patties aren’t holding together, sprinkle in 1 tbsp of water.
Oil your pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil of choice and heat to medium-high. Cook your patties for about 2 minutes per side. Then, cover your pan and let it cook on low for another 3-4 minutes.
