How To Cook: Crumble

 

 
 

You’ll Need:

  • 1 box Adda Veggie

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 cups veggies - check out our Veggie Guide for ideas

  • 2-3 tbsp cooking oil

  • 1 big pan (the bigger, the better)

Instructions:

  1. Soak Protein Crumbles in ½ cup water for at least 2 minutes.

  2. Stir the Adda Mix into the soaked Protein Crumbles and mix well.

  3. Fold in 2 cups of your prepared veggie. Our favorites for a crumble are riced cauliflower, diced mushrooms or grated carrots.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium-high. Press out the mix evenly on the pan with a spatula.

  5. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. Next, chop with a spatula, add 1 additional tbsp of oil and sauté until crispy, stirring and chopping often.

    • Pro-tip: Use a big pan to get it nice and crispy. 

  7. If preparing in a sauce, fold in at the end of cooking.

  8. Enjoy!
