How To Cook: Meat(less) Ball
You’ll Need:
1 box Adda Veggie
½ cup water
2 cups veggies - check out our Veggie Guide for ideas
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
Soak Protein Crumbles in ½ cup water for at least 2 minutes.
Stir the Adda Mix into the soaked Protein Crumbles and mix well.
Fold in 2 cups of your prepared veggie. Our favorites for crumble are diced mushrooms or roasted eggplant.
Pro tip: Put mix with veggie in the fridge for 5 minutes to make it easier to form.
Form into balls by squeezing with your hands.
Oil your pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil and heat to medium-high. Cook meatless balls until evenly browned on all sides, 4-6 minutes total.
If preparing in a sauce, fold in at the end of cooking.
