You’ll Need:

Instructions:

  1. Soak Protein Crumbles in ½ cup water for at least 2 minutes.

  2. Stir the Adda Mix into the soaked Protein Crumbles and mix well.

  3. Fold in 2 cups of your prepared veggie. Our favorites for crumble are diced mushrooms or roasted eggplant.

    • Pro tip: Put mix with veggie in the fridge for 5 minutes to make it easier to form.

  4. Form into balls by squeezing with your hands.

  5. Oil your pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil and heat to medium-high. Cook meatless balls until evenly browned on all sides, 4-6 minutes total.

  6. If preparing in a sauce, fold in at the end of cooking.

  7. Enjoy!
