Ingredients

1 bag Protein Crumbles

1 bag Adda Veggie Breakfast Sausage Blend

2.1 lbs Mushrooms (cremini or white button)

1.25 cups Cooking Oil

24 English Muffins

12 Avocados

24 Slices Vegan Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare full package of Adda Veggie by soaking Protein Crumbles in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes, stirring halfway. Then stir in Breakfast Sausage Blend Adda Mix.

  2. Dice mushrooms into 1⁄4” pieces and stir into prepared Adda Veggie mixture.

  3. Form 24 large patties with your hands, roughly 4” in diameter with a #6 scoop or approximately 48 small patties with a #20 scoop.

  4. Coat a medium heat flat top with a neutral flavored oil. Cook patties until browned and crispy, around 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Assemble breakfast sandwiches on toasted english muffins. Dress with your favorite toppings such as avocado, vegan cheese, vegan egg, tomato, and microgreens.
